When you place an order, we estimate processing and delivery times based on item availability and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the carrier you select, estimated delivery times may appear on the shipping confirmation page.

Please also note that shipping rates are generally calculated based on weight. The weight of each item is listed on its description page. In accordance with our carriers' policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.

You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also cover the return shipping costs if the return was a result of our error (incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package over to the carrier. However, in many cases, you'll receive your refund more quickly. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5-10 business days), the time it takes for your return to be processed once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process your refund request (5-10 business days).
